I was seeing a doctor that is not licensed and do not feel comfortable going back
I was seeing a cosmetic/plastic surgeon in
Lexington KY. I recently found out that this
person is in fact not a surgeon or even a doctor.
I want to cancel my membership with this facility
as I do not feel safe seeing this person and I
was lied to.

If the "physcian" who is treating or seeing you is not licensed but they led you to believe that he or she was, then the committed fraud: they made a material (or important) misrepresentation (or lie). Fraud would provide you grounds to void (cancel) the agreement without penalty.
