If I lost my license due to 3rd DUI, can I get a license in another state?
Question Details: I did the jail time, 6 months, and am almost done with the surcharges.
Virtually all states share information about driver license revocations/suspensions. This is done of the terms of the "Interstate Driver's License Compact". Therefore, if you apply for a license in another state, your revocation will be found due to the sharing of information (there is a national database).
