No, paying costs or taxes for property does not give you any ownership right to it. You chose for whatever reason to voluntarily pay amounts which, if you were not the property owner, you were not responsible or liable for; having chosen to voluntarily pay those amounts, you cannot use your own choice to take over ownership of the property.
