If I have a small auto repair business, what options do I have if a customer does not pay the $2,000 that they owe but they have possession of their car?

Question Details: We did the work 9 months ago. The total was $2713, most of which were parts. She paid $200 at the time of service and then $400 about 2 months later. Since then nothing; she hasn't even answered our calls. We are out $1993 for parts.
