How long for a DUI to drop from your record?
Question Details: About 10 years ago was my last one. How long until they can't use it against me?
NE has a long "lookback" or "wash out" period when it comes to DUI offenses. In order to be treated as a first offense, you must not have been convicted of a previous DUI within the previous 15 years. This means that the offense cannot be used against for sentecing purposes after that time.
