How can I resolve a suspended license ticket without showing up to court?
Question Details: I have caught a no license and no insurance ticket. I missed court and I'm out of town but I have the money to send for the infractions. How can I resolve this matter?
You already know what to do: write the judge and ask that you be allowed to plea by mail. Unlike parking tickets, there is no right to automatically be able to plea and pay by mail; for an infraction like this, you need judicial permission.
