What are my rights regarding a hot tub connection?

Question Details: I entered into a contract to purchase a home last summer. There was a hot tub connection cable, connector and breaker but no physical hot tub was on the property at the time. I had a home inspection completed and I have photos demonstrating the hot tub connection was in place at the time of the purchase. I took possession of the home 3 months later. I realized 4 months ago when the snow melted that the connection was gone. I reviewed my home purchase agreement and the seller did not indicate in the agreement that they wanted to keep the hot tub connection. As a home buyer, am I legally entitled to this hot tub connection? Is it reasonable to requested a reimbursement for the cost to replace the connection from the seller?
