If I caused a fender bender but made no police report and now, a month later, the other driver is threatening to get attorney, am I at risk of being sued?

Question Details: A little over a month ago l backed into a friend's car and let a decent dent. We talked everything out through text message and I agreed to pay to fix her car. I got a repair quote that was a lot more than we both expected, so I told her that I would need time to come up with the money verbally and she agreed to give me until later this month. A week went by and she and I were no longer friends due to a relationship ending. Another week went by and she contacted me going back on her word and saying she wanted it fixed by the end of last month, which wasn't what we originally agreed upon. Now she is threatening to get an attorney against me because I haven't repaired her vehicle yet. Am I at an risk of being sued or charged with anything?
