What to do if a family member fraudulently signed my signature on a life insurance check?
Question Details: My brother fraudulently forgered my life Insurance check and used my name. Ha says that I give him my check.
You have already done the main things to do: report to the insurance company, and file a police report. The only thig to do would be to sue him for any monetary losses you suffered (e.g. if the check came out of your account and you did not want or intent to pay it).
