I am so sorry for your loss. No, a lawyer does not have toformallyread a Will out loud, if that is what you mean. Oklahome does not have a specific time limit in which to Probate a Will. Some have a hard time doing so after the death of their parent. If she does not do so within a reasonable time speak with her about possibly helping out. Moral support is worth a lot. Good luck.
