How can a family member claiming property rights?

My aunt died and left her house to her 2 daughters who lived in the house all there life. However, 1 daughter got married then both daughters died. At that point, the husband put the house in his name and then he passed. How as a family member can I claim ownership of the property?

If the house is in the name of the husand of one of the daughters, then only HIS family would inherit the home if there is no will (or if he has a will, it goes to whomever he willed it to). If you are not related to him or not in his will, you have no right to the home, even though it originally belonged to your aunt, because it is now in the name of a family to which you are not related by blood or adoption.
