Can my husband make me leave our apartment if his is the only name on the lease?

No your husband cannot do this until there is a legal separation agreement in effect or a final decree of divorce has been granted, which states just which one of you has sole possession of the premises. Until then, it remains the "jont marital residence". This is true no matter whose name is on the lease.
