Can i drop my husband off my health insurance?

We are still legally married but we have been separated for over 2 years. During this time we’ve lived at separate addresses and he doesn’t provide any support to me or our children.

There is no law that requires someone to insure their spouse. So unless there exists is a court order or agreement of some kind to the contrary, you can legally drop your husband off of your policy.
