Can an ex spouse deni to recieve half of military retirement

My wife can receive 50 of my military retirement after our divorce. She does not want it, can she turn it down?

Yes, she can waive your pension if she so chooses to do so.  You would need to put very specific language in the Stipulation of Settlement.  I STRONGLY suggest that all the numbers go in their too: what the marital value of the pension is, her portion of that number and that she understands she is waiving it.  Have her see her wone lawyer to explain.  Good luck.
