Can a tow company keep you from getting things from your vehicle?
Question Details: My car was towed and I just purchased it; I was going to register it the following day. The bill of sale and title are in the car and they will not let me into the car to retrieve it I have the keys but they say no, my purse all my cards and clothes and everything is in that car. Can they legally do that? Isn't that racketeering?
