Can a newspaper publish pictures of a wreck?
Question Details: My brother was killed in a vehicle accident. His truck caught on fire and they have pictures of it on the internet and newspaper and my brother was still in the truck while it was on fire.

The newspaper can publish pictures of the truck because of the First Amendment, Freedom of the Press.
Although it was inappropriate to publish those pictures, when there are tragedies, there are usually news reports with photos.
