Can a husband cancel your medical insurance without your knowledge when he moves out?

My husband obtained his own residence without my knowledge and canceled me on his company

insurance plan a week prior to telling me, and not until on the day that I’d been diagnosed with diabetes, which is the same day he moved out. He left me with the rental house that we live in which has a high rent.

Yes, he can. The law does not actually require a spouse to insure his spouse or have couples or family coverage. (For that matter, he does not need to have coverage for himself if he does not want to.) While a couple is married and there is no divorce case pending, the members of the couple are free to engage in cruel or destructive behavior, since the law has no say over what happens in a marriage or how the spouses act: one spouse can cancel insurance, run up huge credit card bills, waste family money gambling or are porn, etc.
