Can I renew expired registration on deceased boyfriend car in WI?
My boyfriend died without a will in 2017. I continue to drive the drive the car
we bought. His heirs and the probate attorney all agree the car is mine even
though my name is no where on the paperwork. I just realized the registration
expired June 2018. Can I pay to update the registration under my deceased
boyfriends name? We live in Wisconsin. The title is currently held by the bank as
there was a loan on the car.

No, you cannot: a car cannot be registered to a deceased person; only living people can register a car. You will need the executor or administrator/personal representative of the estate (if it is still in probate) or the heir(s) (if out of probate) to actually transfer title to you, then register it in your own name.
