Can I petition for my second husband if I also petitioned for my first husband?

Question Details: I was married for 13 years to my first husband. He became a permanent resident through my petition 2 years ago on our then 11 years of marriage. We just divorced this month. I will be remarrying in 5 months. With my remarrying so soon after my divorce, will any of this cause issues with me petitioning for my second husband? Am I even eligible to petition him? How soon can I petition him?
