Assuming that that the state you list (Michigan) is your state, then yes--you can get a divorce without moving out. Michigan is a "no fault" divorce state--you can end your marriage whenever there has been what you believe and allege to be an irretrievable (unfixable) breakdown in the marital relationship. That's the only requirement: a breakdown in the marriage. Separate residence is not required.
