Can I access my husband's storage unit without his consent?

Question Details: My husband and I have 2 storage units that hold both of our things; 1 is in his name and 1 is in mine. He will not let me have access to his unit and has put a second lock on it. His is the only name on the unit and he continues to fail to show up when I have asked to get something out of it. We're legally still married. Can I cut the second lock to access my things without legal consequences?
