Are owners of an RV park legally bound to call police or evict someone if there are complaints made or things happen when owners are not on the property?
Question Details: A guest is claiming to go to the jusice court because an accusation has been made against another guest that he sexually touched a child. The next day we were informed as the owners and tried to see evidence on the cameras which did not show anything as well. The police were never called by the parent.
Nob they are not legally bound or required to do this: the park's owners are not themselves law enforcement or the police and are not required to take action in regards to sexual assault or other complaints. Certainly the victim or the victim's parents could contact the police.
