Unless you were also named on the account or otherwise agreed to be financilly liable for repayment, you are under no responsibility to pay this debt. That having been said, your husband's estate is responsible for paying his debts. Accordingly, if a debt collector is trying to get you to pay, turn it over to the executor of the estate. They then will send a notice to the collector that the estate is in probate and will instruct the collector how to make a claim for payment.
