Am I legally married?

I married my husband in May
of 2010. He went through a
court divorce in January of
2010 with his ex wife. I
found out in December of
2010 that he didn’t sign
the divorce papers with his
ex wife until December of
2010.

If you do not wish to be married to him, you should be able to void the marriage because the person you tried to marry was still legally married at the time. His divorce would not have been final prior to him signing the papers, so he was still then married, and no one may be married to two people at the same time. Based on what you write, you should have grounds to seek an annulment.
