If a company website says that I paid a bill but now they called saying I didn't pay the bill, do I have to pay it?

Question Details: I had a supplier that I was using and paid off all of the open bills 3 months ago but now they are saying that I didn't pay 1 of the bills. Their company site still says that the invoice is paid. The person from the company that called me said that was simply a computer glitch. Do I need to pay them? The company in question is a fortune 500 company.
