Will I bedrug tested in court for an underage drinking charge?
I have a court date and a ticket for underage drinking. Will/can they drug test me in court? It isn’t a drug related offense. I’ve read stories of court still drug testing people.

It will depend on your jurisdiction in South Bend, Indiana this typically doesn't happen (unless you have previous convictions). Most of the time you will be put into some pre-trial diversion program or other program that may allow you to avoid a conviction.
