What does release without prejudice mean?
I was arrested on possession and obstructing law and now the status of the charge is release without prejudice.
Generally speaking, it means that you were released from custody I think with out prejudice here would be to re arrest you and hold you this time. May I strongly suggest that you seek help from an attorney on this matter as soon as possible. This is a serious issue and it needs to be taken seriously. Good luck.
