Question Details: i have lived in my gtandmother's home for 2 1/2 yrs. all bill are in my name and are paid by me, my mom owns part of the house as well as i do can she force me to move out? pay rent, or anythingelse? as she has been threating to do so. this is my only home my family home and she is not tecanelly a part of the family

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. If you are on the deed, then you are not a squatter. You have an interest in the house and right to be there if you want. There is not basis for you to be kicked out of the house at all. I suggest you remind this person that you are an owner and do not have to leave.
