What should I do if recently got a DUI?
I had a 0.15 BAC on the breathalyzer. I’m not exactly sure how to handle the DMV hearing, etc. I do not want to postpone the 30 day hard suspension of my license but also want to minimize my troubles. Do I need to call them within the 10 days or just let the default happen?
