What can I do if my mom and dad were divorced but she thinks that she is still entitled to his property?

My dad past away about 2 weeks ago. He and my mom divorced 7 years ago but she has been living at his house for the past 3 years. I am an only child so it is up to me to take care of his estate. I gave her an eviction notice and told her to stop driving the car; the county clerk said that it is part of the estate now and has to be parked. However, my mom says that I can’t take it away or evict her because she says that it’s against the law. I don’t know what to do.

You will have to retain an attorney to proced with the eviction and to acquire, withte assistance of a deputy, the assets, including the vehcile, that are part of the estate.
