is it legal for my neighbor to videotape my backyard?
My neighbor has set up a video camera pointed into my backyard, which is fenced in. This camera also points into a sliding glass door at the back of my house. What can I do to make him take it down?

If the neighbor doesn't immediately remove the camera, consider filing a lawsuit against the neighbor for invasion of privacy. Invasion of privacy is a serious and unreasonable interference with one's right to be left alone. You have an expectation of privacy with regard to your property which the neighbor is violating with the video camera pointed into your yard and at the door of your house.
