Can I be fired based on the word of 2 fellow employees who don't like me?
I was supended from work because 2 girls who don't like me said that I stole some coffee and sugar from the company. The company is only going by their word. I have a meeting with the big boss on Monday.

Unless you have an employment contract or union agreement that covers this situation, you really are not on strong legal footing here. As an at will employee,, your employer can hire or fire you for any reason or no reason whatsoever (and without notice). Additionally, it can increase/decrease your salary/hours, promote/demote, and generally impose requirements as they deem necessary. You in turn can work for an employer or not, your choice.
