What to do if I recently was arrested for DUI with an accident?

I had another conviction 5 years ago, another approximately 17 years ago, and another 29 years ago. Will my privious DUIs’ affect any current convictions in court. What am I to expect?

It depends on your particular state. My state, which is SC, goes back and uses convictions within 10 years.

Hello. I myself am licensed in Minnesota. As regards criminal charges, prior DWI-DUI convictions within a certain time frame will enhance the seriousness of the potential legal issues. Do contact an attorney licensed in the involved state right away for help and counsel. Some attorneys are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will confer initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. Some attorneys may also assist you in limited scope manner to conserve legal costs. All the best.
