If I received an eviction notice after being 9 days late, is this legal?

Question Details: I live in a trailer park with no lease. They went to court to get an order of eviction because I am currently nine days late on my rent. The parks policy is after the fifth day you are required to pay a $50 late fee. I was late the previous month also, I received a notice to appear in court after I paid last month. I asked the Manager of the park if I need to show, she said no. I then let her know that I would be late this current month by at least ten days, and that I would add the $50 late fee on per park policy. Today on the 9th, I received a eviction notice from the court.
