SHE IS NOT OFFERING THEM A FAIR MARKET PRICE. CAN SHE THEN SELL THE PROPERTY WITHOUT MY CONSENT SINCE SHE WILL BE A 3/4 OWNER? PROPERTY HAS NO MORTGAGE ON IT.
