If I’m bi-polar, canI void a contract that I don’t remember signing?
I incurred a large debt of $15,000 but i don’t even remember signing the papers for this loan. Is there anything that I can do?

In order to enter in to a valid contract, certain things must be "just so" under the law. One of the elements that must be in place is that in order to be legally bound under the terms of a contract the parties must have what is known as the mental capacity to enter in to the contract. Persons who are considered to be mentally ill are usually not held to the contracts that they enter in to. They are termed as "lacking the mental capacity" to contract. I would, though, seek legal help in our area on this. Are you taking medication? Were you not taking it on the day you entered in to the contract? You may have a fight on your hand and you will have to prove that you are not liable under the terms. Good luck.
