If I filed bankruptcy 4 years ago and just noticed a website that has publicly posted my information, what my options were as far as having my name removed?

The information even included my address. I am an extremely private person and this is very shameful to me.

Your question is unclear.  If the information was included in a publically accessible record, your ony option is to report it to the website owner and hope they have a olicu that results in its removal.
