Question Details: My husband told his attorney back in November that he no longer wanted a divorce. We were in the middle of it at that point. When I looked at the court status of this online it shows case status "Disposed" and under comments it startes on Reserve Calander. Does this mean it is called off or did we get a divorce?
To have a divorce, there has to be a final order/judgment of divorce. You should check your file at the courthouse and see exactly what the final papers are. It doesn't sound as if you have a final divorce.
