I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. You may see other people while going through a divorce. However, you need to be very care and make sure that the people that you are seeing are not creating a bad environment for kids - if there are kids. if there are no kids inthe equation where your soon to be ex will claim that you are not a fit parent to have the kids, then do not worry about dating. I would only suggest that there be no evidence that can come in that will show you were cheating on your spouse while together.
