can a bank repo your car when your making partial payments?
Question Details: i have pid partial payments on my car loan for the past 2 months. always over half. told them of the financial situation i was in and they said as long as i kept them informed it was ok. now they tell me today that they might send it in for repo. all this was done on the phone. i dont know what to do now.

Unfortunately, you didn't get in writing that it was acceptable for you to make partial payments and keep the car.
You can try and make arrangements with them, but this time get it in writing.
Right now, they can repossess the car.
